Gerber fabrication files are required before final PCB quote submission. PCB specifications can be configured and pricing can be reviewed before the final submission.

What files do I need for a PCBA quote?
Gerber and BOM files are required. Pick & Place / PNP is optional supporting placement data.
Why isn't PCBA payment available immediately?
PCBA projects go through file, BOM, assembly-requirement, and pricing review. Payment becomes available after the PCBA quote is confirmed.
Can I update project files after payment?
Customers may update applicable project files after payment while the project is still before Start Production. Once Start Production has begun, customer-side file changes are locked.
Can I use my own courier account?
Yes. When using a customer courier account, the required carrier name and carrier account information must be provided in the shipping details.
How is tax calculated?
Applicable tax is calculated from the current shipping information used by the order and payment workflow. If shipping information changes before payment, the payable totals may update.
How do I track my order?
Production status and shipment information remain connected to the project. Tracking appears in the order details after shipment tracking is recorded.
Can I cancel an order?
Eligible unpaid pre-production orders can be cancelled online. Paid pre-production cancellation requires review. After production starts, online cancellation is no longer available, and shipped or completed orders cannot be cancelled online.
Where can I see a refund?
If an order has a Refund Due or a completed refund, the customer Financial Summary and Payment & Refund History can reflect that status.
Where can I find invoices and receipts?
Order documents such as invoices and receipts are available through the customer project and order document workflow when applicable.
