Terms of Service
These operational terms describe how project information, quotes, payment, production, shipping, cancellations, and order issues work through PCBProShop.
Using PCBProShop
PCBProShop provides online workflows for PCB fabrication, reviewed PCBA assembly, project files, quotes, payment, production information, documents, and shipping.
Customer Project Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate project requirements and files, including Gerber files, BOM where applicable, PNP where applicable, and assembly or manufacturing requirements.
Right to Submit Files
Customers should only submit files, designs, data, or materials they are authorized to use and provide for quoting and manufacturing.
PCB Quotes
PCB quote configuration can provide online pricing based on submitted configuration. The final order depends on the submitted project, files, and applicable order data.
PCBA Quotes
PCBA projects require review before the quote is confirmed and payment becomes available.
Quotes and Revisions
Pricing and project details may be revised before customer acceptance where applicable. Accepted revisions become the applicable quoted project state.
Taxes and Shipping
Applicable taxes and shipping-related totals may depend on current shipping information and may update before payment where applicable.
Payment
Payments are processed through the available Stripe payment workflow.
Production
Once Start Production has occurred, customer-side file changes and online cancellation are restricted according to the project workflow.
Cancellations
Eligible unpaid pre-production orders may be cancellable online. Paid pre-production cancellation requires review. After Start Production, customer online cancellation is unavailable. Shipped and completed orders cannot be cancelled online.
Returns / Order Issues
Custom-manufactured PCB and PCBA products do not operate like standard consumer-retail returns.
Returns & Order IssuesRefunds / Financial Adjustments
Approved cancellations or financial adjustments may result in a Refund Due, and completed refunds may be reflected in customer financial history.
Refunds & CancellationsShipping & Tracking
Shipping and tracking information remain connected to the project workflow. Delivery dates and carrier performance are not guaranteed.
Shipping & TrackingCustom / Non-Standard Projects
Requirements outside the online quote options may be reviewed separately by PCBProShop.
