Privacy Policy
This policy describes the practical information handling that supports PCBProShop accounts, manufacturing projects, payments, communications, and order administration.
Information We Handle
PCBProShop may handle account and login information; project and contact information; PCB and PCBA order and quote information; shipping and billing-related information; Gerber, BOM, PNP, and other customer-uploaded project files; customer messages and support communications; and payment status and transaction-related records received through the payment workflow.
How Information Is Used
Information is used for account operation, quotes and project review, the PCB and PCBA manufacturing workflow, payment and order administration, invoices and receipts, production and order communication, shipping and tracking, customer support, system security and reliability, and legally required recordkeeping where applicable.
Service Providers
PCBProShop uses service providers needed to operate the platform. Current examples include Supabase for application, authentication, database, and storage infrastructure; Stripe for payment processing; and Resend for transactional email delivery.
Project Files
Customer-uploaded manufacturing files are used as needed to quote, review, produce, support, and administer the related project or order.
Payment Information
Payment-card entry is handled through Stripe's payment flow. PCBProShop uses the payment status and transaction records needed to administer an order and does not need to store full payment-card numbers.
Communications
Transactional emails and Order Messages may be used for project and order communication.
Retention
Records are retained as reasonably necessary for project and order administration, business records, dispute and support handling, security, and applicable legal requirements.
Privacy Requests
Customers may contact PCBProShop regarding access, correction, or deletion requests where applicable. Some records may need to be retained for legitimate business or legal reasons.
Security
PCBProShop uses reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information handled through the service.
Policy Updates
This policy may be updated as services or requirements change.
